Timeline
We had a two-week window from concept to delivery, which meant no time for complex 3D renders or iterative prototyping. The constraint actually sharpened the creative direction: we landed on a vector-based, kinetic typography approach with layered animations that could be built and revised quickly in After Effects.Tools
After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma handled the full pipeline. Working in 2D meant faster rendering times and the flexibility to pivot animations on the fly if timing or pacing felt off. The modular nature of vector shapes meant we could tweak individual elements without rebuilding entire sequences. Results
The final intro clocked in at 10 seconds of seamless motion that introduces the channel in a way that feels dynamic without overwhelming the viewer.

Tight timelines force clarity. Without room for scope creep, every design choice had to earn its place. The absence of 3D didn't feel like a limitation, it felt like permission to lean into 2D animation's strengths: speed, readability, and personality.
